In these dynamic one-hour sessions, you’ll work closely with an experienced personal trainer to help take your weight training to the next level. With a maximum of six members per group, the weight training is focused on teaching you how to perform correct technique in terms of lifting weights. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain or you want an intense weight training workout, Group Personal Training is your answer.
Build core strength
Our Reformer Pilates are workout based where you will increase the strength of your entire body, specifically your core as well as the posterior chain of your body (Glutes, Hamstrings and Back). Reformer is a tremendous workout to create a lean and slender appearance. You will feel the burn in your abs, butt and thighs! The ultimate in toning and trimming!
