You’ll love our music as you ride through an exhilarating workout. Plus, our instructors are continually explaining everything including the pedal speed, your resistance level and technique. A great 45 minute workout, using state of the art bikes with a digital control panel to guide your workout. The class is done before you know it.

Working in teams of 4 through the perfect blend of weight training and cardio exercises. Sleep well the night before because there is not much rest in this one!
6 stations (Strength, Rower, Assault Bike, Bodyweight Movements, Ski Erg and Skill Mill), 6 minutes per station.

Rip-In provides an incredible workout for your entire body.
It’s a combination of boxing (using your own punching bag) and our 4 cardio stations (skill mill, rower, ski erg and assault bikes). You don’t need to have experience to join these classes, but we do ask that you bring your own gloves. We’ll take care of the rest and teach you everything you need to know.

Our lift classes can help you refine your lifting skills and build strength. If the idea of lifting weights conjures up images of gigantic bodybuilders flexing humongous muscles, get that picture out of your head. Our classes are designed to help you build lean muscle mass, not big bulky muscle. With lean muscle, your body will be better able to get through your daily activities, you’ll look more toned, and you’ll torch more calories throughout the day, helping you to maintain a healthy weight.
